"Most Low Carb bars have toxic sucralose and many have soy which is particularly questionable for men. This product has neither. It is all natural and sweetned with glycerin, maltitol and xylitol. This is the healthiest low carb bar on the market and tastes great. I Love it!!!"

"Other protein bars have high sugar content or soy protein--so when you really need them is when you might get really sick of eating them. This Roex bar is also good for both fat loss or muscle gain programs. It has top quality whey protein, fills you up better than other products with the same calories, and has only 1 gram sugar as low-glycemic maltitol. (Also contains some Xylitol but not much and which causes the least negative reactions of any sugar alcohol.) Not rock-hard like some bars, but soft to chew. Taste is not great but is quite pleasant. Roex also has a meal powder but that's less convenient and not substantially more compact. I only wish this could cost less. However out of a lot of searching and testing this is simply the best emergency meal 'bar none'."
