"This worked so well for me, I bought one for my husband! We take 8-10 supplements each day, so once a week I fill-em-up. It makes it easy at home and travel too. The small lids snap shut & stay shut, the top lid is secure too, so our supplements stay fresh & dry. The price is excellent for what you get!!!"

"This is the first 7 day pill holder I have ever found with really big compartments. It holds all of my vitamins for the day. No more trouble closing the lids. It is a little hard holding the compartments open while putting the pills in, though. But it's not a luxury, high priced item, so I don't expect that."

"Thanks to a previous reviewer for the dimensions. Here's the thing, the spaces are big, but so are some pills. They are not expensive, and they stay well locked. Write directly on the lids with a soft pencil, and use a soft eraser to remove or change it! No need for the label, which probably won't change indefinitely. If you are serious about your supplements buy several. I actually got 6, and I really did find uses for all of them."

"This is good for someone who takes not too many vitamins or medicines a day. It fits about 5 or so large pills per slot, and its very small and handy, about 7 inches or so. It also comes with stickers so you can label the 7 slots. Quite honestly i don't really need it, but its good for someone who likes to be organized like myself."

"It does what I wanted. It stays closed in my purse. Inside compartments snap shut as well as an outer cover for good insurance. My last case came open and had my expensive supplements rolling around with my loose change and receipts in the bottom of my purse. Now if i can just find a coin purse that stays shut!"

"Very sturdy. Appreciated that the inside was not labeled as well.

Just a note - you can pull the inner 'doors' out - it removes from the inside, which is what I did.

I also bought removable small labels (so I can easily relabel when needed) and use these to label the compartments by sticking them to the top of the inside lid. Works great.

Love this vitamin holder!!!!

"Works great - holds my vitamins (three large and two small). Nothing too complicated. Cheaper than buying at the drug store. I don't tote around in a purse, but it would fit into my small purse.

I like that the individual compartments are NOT labeled (SMTWTFS), but you can easy label with a Sharpie if need be; I also like to open all seven compartments at once and put all my vitamins in for the week so I don't have to figure out how many to take per serving each day.

"As others mentioned, this is a bit larger than expected, but that allows it to hold more pills. In general, I think it'd be best for traveling, rather than carrying around for daily usage. I took it on a recent trip over the holidays and was glad to have it for my supplements. My only complaint was that getting the pills out of each compartment is a little tedious due to the top-opening design of the case. Nevertheless, I am pleased with this purchase and would buy this product for my mother who travels with many pills."

How big is it?, October 5, 2008
By Finetuner from Pensacola, FL

"I got this for our family's weekly vitamins. Turns out it's too small. The back of the package says each compartment holds "up to 25 tablets," which is pretty meaningless - how big are the tablets? Our kids' vitamins are pretty big.

Other reviews here say, "it fits in my purse," etc., which didn't help me much either. So, if it helps anyone else, here are the exact dimensions.

Length 6 5/8 in., width 2 5/8 in., height 1 1/8 in. Each individual compartment is 2 in. long, 15/16 in. wide, and 7/8 in. deep.

I found another use for it, though - storing my "tooth fairy booty" with compartments labeled for each child's baby teeth!
