"I am someone who works out a lot and am very skeptical of any type of dietary supplement/pills. I purchased this product because a personal trainer recommended it to me, and I really wanted to lose some weight/lower my body fat %, but nothing was really working. I am fully satisfied with my decision to be on Atro-phex. I have been on the product just over 2 months now and the results have been amazing. I have dropped from 23% to about 18% body fat and lost roughly 6-7 lbs. My stomach especially has had incredible definition as well as my arms. This product will help curve your appetite and give you that extra jolt of energy to plow through workouts. If you do decide to try atro-phex please only start with one pill a day and let your body become acclimated and adjust to the product. It is also important to drink A TON of water while on it. Also, you may want to consider taking the pills with something other than water, and have sometime small in your stomach. The worst part about the product, and the only thing hat made me hate taking it was it would lave you having berry flavored burps. I would it would happen less if I took them with juice and had something small to snack on. But I would fully recommend this product to anyone who works out regularly and feels like they have plateaued, and just need something to help them lose that extra few lbs. I do not know what happens when you come off the product though… I am hoping it all does not reverse."

"I was cautious about this product at first, but this was my second box, so I was obviously satisfied. The thing is, for real change to occur quickly you need to be taking 3 or 4 pills twice a day. If you are caffeine sensitive, you will definitely feel the effects of this product right away, but I have been taking caffeine supplements for awhile and so I couldn't feel those effects very well. That is the only reason I am not planning on continuing the use of this product. I need that boost in the gym after work and this product delivered at first, but my body became accustomed to the caffeine dosage after about 5 weeks and I didn't want to over-do it by taking caffeine with this product."

"Firstly, as some reviews you'll probably read around the net: this DOES have side effects. For the first week and a half, I had problems with my lung capacity. I'm also a health-fanatic and have avoided caffeine for years. So, needless to say, this threw me into some serious day-time jitters for the first week or so.
But, if you allow your body to adapt to this product, it starts showing some good ground that you may not have been able to make up with serious diet and exercise alone. I have not lost more than 5 pounds on this product, but I have gained a bit more definition.
The downside is, once you become acclimated to this product, you will have to up your dosage. I'm taking 4 a day (2 twice), but on days when I know I'm going to work into a frenzied/extreme workout, I'll take 2 in the morning and 4 at lunch to get the added energy benefit.
Pros: You'll see results albeit immediately (within the first 2 weeks) if you haven't used a product similar to this before.
Cons: You'll have to increase dosage to get the same effect as your body adjusts to it. You'll feel drained if you miss a day or two taking these (I had a drill weekend and was dead to the world, so I'd recommend not taking these for a few days before a time like this). You will most likely have some strange side effects/feel different for the first few days.
Pending further review of BSN and any nutritionists that may test the effects of this, I'm not 100% certain that it's not potentially doing some harm as much as it is good. I started taking it because I'm strong, but look "plain" and I wanted the "cut" and sculpted look. While I'm not quite where I want to be yet, I've seen some results, but contrary to some exceptional reviews, you won't see results in your first couple of weeks.
My advice: Try it at your own risk. Everyone has a different physiology, so it may be great for you, or do nothing at all. Evaluate your results versus side effects and risks. Take a break from it for a solid week between boxes. Don't take them for a few days before a long weekend where you can't take them anyway (if such a period exists for you).

"Atrophex is with no doubt the most result giving, potent, highly satisfying product for body building/weight management I have ever tried. I can honestly say that it has curbed my appetite- nothing else does (when I want it to), driven my work outs to higher standards and has drastically lowered by BMI! I cannot say enough, I am an avid trainer, and have owned a gym in the past this is the best yet. My definition has improved beyond belief, I am completely satisfied with this product and will use it again."

"I have been searching for the past three years for the ultimate sports training supplement. This is by far the best product I have ever had.
- Lost an incredible 12 pounds of "extra" weight within weeks. - No need for extra coffee, eliminated the 3-4 cups per day I have consumed for an entire year. - No Jitters, just overall great feeling. - I started with 1 pill twice daily, then 2, now finally three twice per day.
I have recommended this website and this product to all my friends and family.

"What strikes me as remarkable is the fact that after starting Atro-Phex I have completely lost my "sweet tooth." I don't crave anything, but I still have enough appetite to fuel my protein and complex carb requirements for bodybuilding. No wired jittering feeling, upset stomach even with my regular caffeine intake and even on an empty stomach. Plus terrific increase in strength and endurance during workouts. I think this is the best fat burner I've ever tried by far. 7 lbs so far, but this is only my 3rd week on and I mostly take just one capsule a day... They seem to last well up until 3:00 p.m. for me which is about all I need. Go for it!"

"This product does what it claims. Hunger is killed about 20-30 minutes after taking. Mood elevation is noticeable. You Must drink a great deal of water as this product does increase your urine output greatly. Drink at least 1 gallon for the average 200lb male. Do not take close to bedtime as it will keep you up. Start slow 1 tab a day and work up to tolerance. Cycle off 1 month after about 3 months on. My system adjusted fairly fast. A good Diet and exercise program is needed to get the full benefits from this product."
