Sugar Cravings Be Gone - Let the weight loss begin, January 16, 2009

"From a lifelong diet and weight loss "junkie" I have finally found something that will help support my weight loss. I am taking one 520mg capsule of the NSI gymnema at night and I am taking 500 mg of chromium in the morning, so frankly I can't say for sure if it's the gymnema alone.

However, I have taken chromium in the past on its own and not had the same results. I started noticing a decreased desire for sweets/pastries within a week of taking it (them). I have also noticed that even when I do eat sweets they are not nearly as enjoyable as usual - which is supposed to be one of the effects of the gymnema.

Of course I'm eating better and exercising, but sweets and pastries were my achilles heel that would undo all my hard work. Can't promise any miracles, but I do plan on recommending it to my friends (once they see me lose weight :)"

"I have taken the recomended dosage of 1 capsule a day with absolutely no change in my blood sugar and no physiological changes that I can notice."
