"I love the seventh generation products including the powder auto soap, however, the gel made everything white and my dishes were still dirty. I was surprised because I love all the other products. I will stick with the Powder."

"I've tried a couple of different dishwashing gel's (natural) and have trouble finding ones that really get your dishes clean. This is the best that I've found, but occasionally you do find some left over particles stuck on...just scrub a little beforehand. I'd rather scrub a little than know I'm bleaching the dishes we put our food on using regular dishwashing detergent."

"I used this product for 6 months. I bought it initially, because of the lack of chlorine in the ingredients. I just thought I had to live with the fact that my dishes would never be sparkling again, because it didn't clean my glasses. It leaves this film that I could actually scrape off. I came to my senses and tried a different brand-ecover- and my dishes were clean again. so I know the seventh gen is the reason why my glasses weren't getting clean. I have also tried trader joes brand since to save even more $, and that worked great too. wont be buying this again."

"Since I have many chemical sensitivities, with chlorine being about the worst. I usually have to leave the house when using the dishwasher. With this dishwashing gel, it's at least tolerable for me to stay home and just open the windows a little bit. What still gives me a problem is the chlorine in the water. Appreciate the product with a pleasant scent."
