"I bought this originally to help me sleep. It does help me relax (I take it at bedtime). But the added benefit is that I am never constipated (a problem I had before I began using this product). This is one that I will never be without!"

"This product is super. It does exactly what it is suppose to do and isn't habit-forming - meaning you can stop and start this product as needed. It will not interfere with normal bowel issues and your body won't become dependent on this product. It is gentle and effective."
