"because I am diabetic, there are a lot of protein drinks I can't use. with only 4 grams of sugar per serving, this one is the best I have found. I also have found that if I mix vanilla with one of the other flavors, it much more satisfying."

"This shake is a great value. It has a higher percentage of vitamins and minerals than other shakes, and at a comparable price. It keeps me feeling full for almost 4 hours (when I combine it with my fiber supplement). I get lots of energy from it; it's a feel good, healthy drink! The chocolate flavored one is not bad either."
