"i am really not a picky person. i will eat most anything, but this stuff tasted terrible! i mean horrible, like it was spiked with cough syrup or something. i just could not do it so i returned it. i am sure there are some people out there who will disagree with me; this is just my opinion. good luck."

"I absolutely love these shakes!

I often have them for breakfast and would recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy high-protein shake with very little calories, carbs and sugar, but LOTS of vitamins and minerals. There's no downside with this shake. I only wish they'd sell it in bigger canisters since i go through it so fast!"
