"I've tried a number of "Green Shakes" and this was by far the grossest and worst to mix. I tried the initial batch with water (what I normally mix my powder with) and it was horrid. So, I decided to try it w/ juice and it was still hardly stomachable! I'd recommend Delicious Berries 8000 or any other apart from this. Disappointing, for I like mostly all of the NSI products."

"I have been taking this for about 2 months now and it totally replaces all of my other vitamins I used to take. I mix it with my raw food smoothies I drink everyday and it makes up for what I'm not getting in my food. It REALLY needs to come in a bigger container though. "This whole food shake is great. It mixes easily, I just use a shaker cup, tastes great and more than anything it fills me up with healthy nutrients for very little calories. I have multiple sclerosis and often don't feel like cooking so I just wouldn't eat. I have started drinking a shake every morning and it fills me up for hours. I am also over weight and trying to lose some weight in a healthy manner so I have found this has taken away my cravings for unhealthy snacking. I would highly recommend this shake to anyone wanting something nutricious, and simple to incorporate into their lives. Also the price cannot be beat and that's from someone who has only shopped at organic/whole food markets for years as I try my best not to eat a lot of toxins."

"I found that if I add sugar-free jello mix or sugar-free pudding mix, 1 Tsp, it improves the taste 100%! Also add 1 cup of frozen fruit, or less. This shake doesn't seem to hold me as long as another leading brand even though this shake has much more protein in it than the other leading brand. This shake also contains more vitamins and minerals than other shakes. I'll probablly order more, though. This brand is priced much better and the shipping is fast, and inexpensive. I give it a 4 out 5 star rating. It just doesn't taste real good, but you can fix that."

"My husband and I are both drinking these shakes daily and have noticed much more energy and overall health boost. We work out everyday so this helps with endurance. I used to take many supplements and never received all the benefits as I do with this shake also it has many many more vitamins and a digestive enzyme blend, an extra bonus.
