"Took these religiously for 2-3 weeks and didn't notice any kind of change or difference in my mental state or my stress management capabilities. To be fair, I've never taken B vitamins before, so I didn't have anything to compare these to or know what to expect in terms of how my body should or would react to them. (I DID have expectations, though, and based them almost entirely on the user reviews and what I read in them, ie: how others reacted to taking these.) Maybe I was so deficient in B vitamins, I needed a longer time than several weeks to replenish that deficiency; I don't know. What I DO know is that these did nothing for me, and I returned the remainder.
These were NOT vitamin-y tasting, as other reviewers commented, and I had no problem with them "repeating" on me as I've had happen with many other vitamins and supplements."
