"Nice design, comfortable pour spout. I like to use it and need to remember it for daily use, it is then more effective. Will go in and use it now while it's on my mind. Very good price too. I do use sea salt, just less and I have added GSE as others have suggested . Definitely worth it."

"I had been wanting to use a neti pot for a while. I bought this one at a great price, and against the directions, bought sea salt (which turns out fine if used in lesser quantity), and have had significantly fewer problems with indoor and outdoor allergies, sinus problems, and dryness of throat. I keep my neti pot in the shower to use and need only a minute or so added on to my daily routine. It makes a huge difference."

"Over the last few years, I've been plagued by sinus discomfort stemming from sensitivities to dust and pet hair/dander. I also have mild seasonal allergies during certain times of the year, again, primarily impacting my sinuses. I don't like using medication (OTC or Rx), so I pretty much just lived with the sinus irritation...until finding the neti pot.
Yeah, it's a little weird pouring water up your nose at first, but it doesn't take long to get the hang of it (1-2 uses, in my case), and it's totally worth the results! Now I use it almost every day -- even if my nose doesn't feel stuffy, I can always breathe more clearly after using it.
For convenience, I've been using NeilMed's Sinus Rinse packets - a pH balanced combo of sodium chloride (salt) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)."

"I had heard about Neti Pots before but had never seen one. My doctor recommended I use it to keep my sinuses clean and moisturized. First time I used it I felt immediate relief! It was easy and not invasive but I got a lot of stuff out! I use it almost every day now. The price at Vitacost is about $5.00 cheaper than Walmart and the other Health stores around town. I highly recommend it."
