"I was having terrible constipation due to IBS. This product along with the Renew Life FiberSmart gave me the relief I needed. It does taste bad, I mix a capful with a small amount of juice and slug it. It is worth it even tho it taste terrible. Works everday!!!"

"I have to disagree with the last review. This stuff tastes horrible! Even with the stevia!! But I do like the product. I literally hold my breath and down a shot twice a day. It does give me energy and I feel better overall after using it. It's a great addition to my other supplements. It also alkalizes your body which is a definite plus. I like the convenience of a liquid. I leave a bottle at work and there is no mixing to worry about. Overall it is a quality product."
