"Great beans -- Fat: obviously none or very low in, as are most beans, but aren't as high in calories as other beans making them a dieter's delight ... they are precooked and ready to go (though I do soak dry ad(z)uki beans too but when I've not got much time, these canned beans are just great!) They are fabulous in soups and stews ... they look like small kidney beans and taste pretty much like them too. Love 'em!"
