"This is a great product because it is excellent for replacing the right kind of magnesium in your body. I also rub it on places in my body that have pain. It works both ways in easing painful joints and back. It is not oily like other magnesium products. Try it you will like it!!!!!"

"I really like this product and find it to be very effective. I was previously on a liquid mag chlor supplement from my local homeopath and it was quite costly, and also that one tasted bad. Another reviewer on here mentioned taste but I don't know what she's talking about... with this product there is no taste! And I mix it against directions, they say to mix 1/2 tsp. in 8 oz. of juice but I use only 2 oz. and chug it before bed (helps me sleep better)... but again, I don't notice any bad or weird taste at all. It does need to be refrigerated after you open it. I'm happy with this and will definitely repurchase."

"Absolutely necessary to mix with an adequate amount of juice or other liquid as the taste can be somewhat unpleasant. However, it is a convenient way to take magnesium. It's possible to vary the dosage easily, and there is no large pill to have to swallow."
