"I love these. Easy to take. Tastes like a jello shot:) I usually open and take a lil sip and add a scoop of creatine and a lil water and shake...it's a great after workout punch."

"Overall, this is the best thing for getting protein in your body. Period. As opposed to sipping a shake forever, in five seconds your have 42g of protein after your workout, and still be able to handle a meal. The only drawback is the price. But the taste is excellent, so no worries there."
