"I have taken melatonin with L Theanine for years to aid sleep with so-so results. Our nutritionist recommended Tension RX. The dosage is up to 3 a nite but I found 1 Tension RX and 1 melatonin puts me in a deep, satisfying sleep. It has stopped the waking up at 3 AM and not being able to get back to sleep. In fact, it has pretty much eliminated getting up to use the bathroom during the nite. Sometimes, if I have had coffee I take 2."

"okay, so hi. I have HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE sleep problems. SO BAD. Which wind up causing me to sleep only during the day and up all night. Now thats a problem. If im not overly exhausted forget it I wont go to sleep at all. If I do I wake up 100 times during, feeling just TERRIBLE!!! I have a problem where I think when I lay down UGH! ANYWAY. I have to take this product at full dose but YES!!!! IT WORKS WORKS WORKS SOOOOO WELL OHHHHHHH HOW IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!! AND THIS PRICE IM SO HAPPY! "This product works for me 90% of the time. I don't always sleep through the night but I can usually get a 4 to 6 hour block of uninterrupted sleep. I do have some grogginess the next day if I take more then one. I have also found that I seem to retain fluid and my GI track slows down with more then one capsule, but overall, It has definately improved the quality of my sleep."

"I have had insomnia related to generalized stress and anxiety ever since I can remember. This product does work well when others fail. I have tried everything on the market and this does the trick. One thing to note is that after 6 weeks you will have to stop taking it for 2 weeks for it to work again. This is noted on the box. It's a small price to pay for a great night's sleep! I can highly recommend this product!!"

"This product works fairlywell, I take it about 45min before turning in. I also take a melitonin tab before bed( about half hour before) this combo puts me in a restful sleep for about 7hrs.
An interesting side effect is that I also have vivid dreams which i've missed for some time!"
