"I use to take the older version with the ephrene, but this version has been a kicker. I take one pill pre-workout and I'm in blast-off mode. AST works for me."

"I take 2 pills in the morning before cardio. It has worked very well for me. It is more or less a caffeine pill. But it gives you plenty of energy, and i trust the AST brand"
