"Taste is good, mixes well into both water and milk. Best of all there is no cholesterol in the product. Great product without a lot of added sugar."

"This product is a great blend of Whey and Cassein proteins. It also includes CLA and Sesamin. This is a great general between meal protein. It also doesn't require much water/milk to mix with. My only complaint stems from it being a little too sweet for my taste, but overall, this is a great product I drink a shake as soon as I wake up, and about 30 minutes before I go to bed."
