"I have been using this product for over a year. It's works quickly and it stays in your system for awhile if you go about a day or two without it. Has reduced my hot flashes and night sweats. "I think this product was helpful in decreaseing hot flashes; however, I was very tired while taking this product. I felt like I was taking a sleep aditive everyday and night. I woke up exhausted, felts spaced out all day long never felt like I had enough sleep."

"I read several statements by women who said to be patient--the formula takes effect in about three weeks. I was fine with that, but in my case, it took effect immediately. I have had no hot flashes or night sweats since I began taking it, and I was having a terrible problem prior to that. (Oddly, I had no hot flashes or night sweats at all during perimenopause, but began having them years later when I let my estradiol deplete. I was miserable--and now the problem is gone.)"

"I was having outrageous hot flashes that kept me awake. I had not slept in 3 months and it was really taking a toll on my overall health. A friend mentioned that she started taking Complete Balance AM-PM and it is the best thing she has ever done. I would try anything at this point. I started taking complete balance and within 3 weeks I felt like a human being again. I will not leave home without this product. I have told all my friends who are suffering from hot flashes. I highly recommend this product - I have not had a hot flash in three weeks and I sleep through the night."

"First of all I wish I didn't have to take this. However, since I do get hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia, it is nice to have a product that really works on all those things. The best thing is having a day pill and a night pill. I especially like the night pill which helps me sleep with no drug out feeling and controls night sweats as long as the temperature is under 80 degrees!"
