"My husband and I both found this capsule difficult to swallow, it often getting stuck halfway down. We would not buy it again and would prefer to use a powder which could be diluted in water. As to its effectiveness, we would rate it as fair."

"We have been using Biobeads from Natrol. The price looked reallt appealing and we have tried NSI brands before and liked them -but this NSI ProBioSphere didn't do the job. Didn't help for constipation or stomach irritation like the Biobeads- they are a good price if they do work for somebody...but didn't help us."

"This product seems to be similar to another biobead probiotic on the market which is designed to bypass the stomach acid and deliver probiotics to the intestines. The only problem is the design of the pill. This sphere or bead is quite large in diamter and the surface is not glossy or smooth so it it is VERY difficult to swallow without gagging or scratching your throat. I take other very large capsules and have no difficulty with them because they are oblong or smooth. This version needs some tweaking to work better. The price is very good though!"

"Because of intestinal re-routing I tend to have bacterial overgrowth. When out of control it can be very painful. Since using ProBioSphere I've not had any trouble whatsoever. This is a definate must for me!"

"The odd shape of this pill makes it difficult to swallow. it is round but very large and rough so everythime you have to take this pill you have to psych yourself up for it. It hurts going down and you gag everytime. It is a gret price and maybe for someone who has a very large throat."

"I have use acidophilus since I was in college and this is the best product yet. The spheres are easy to swallow, there is not need to refrigerate snd the price is very reasonable. I recommend it to all my girlfriends! have not had any issues in years and double up when I am on antibiotics or steroids for my ongoing sinus/bronchitis issues."
