"This is my first try with Bee Pollen - but I like it and sometimes take a teaspoon straight from the jar. I can't really say if it gives me energy, but I'm including it in my diet for the nutritional benefits. It works well sprinkled on cereal or in a smoothy. This jar is already lasting a long time and the price is good."

"Consuming bee pollen each day helps provide an amazing source of natural energy and also is great for enhancing the immune system. The taste is slightly sweet, slightly sour and varies from one product to another, depending on what flowers the pollen was harvested from. You can easily add it to smoothies or granola or like me, just take a teaspoon full whenever you feel like it. :-) Great stuff!"

"I've never tried bee pollen or products like it. This tastes good, tastes sweet like honey, yet powdery as well. I take 1/2 Tablespoon per day. I've already noticed an increase in energy and weight loss, and I'm not sure why. I bought to replace the regular B-complex vitamins, but with an added bonuse of enzymes and amino acids. These are great, and organic and an excellent price. I already put in an order for another one before I run out."

"YS bee pollen has a consistent great flavor- I have gone through plenty of 10oz containers and it is very consistent- nutty with a slight sweetness. I take a tablespoon in the morning (before my green tea with a teaspoon of YS organic raw honey in it). I get a great wake up buzz between the two. I haven't been sick in over two years- not sure if the honey has anything to do with it- but I think it helps."

"bee pollen usually have a funky after taste, i use it with my protein shakes, this one however has the mildest aftertaste, which is great. I prefer if it was offered in a larger/bigger size for value's sake. other than that this one is great."

"I purchased this item after reading about it in a folk remedy book for assistance with cravings and natural weight loss. Not only were my cravngs curbed, I noticed my pants were fitting better AND my hair was shinier than it had been in years and growing faster!
