"I was looking for a high-dose vitamin C product in capsule form that was more than just ascorbic acid. This filled the bill for me. I take one capsule twice a day. I'm not a health professional but I feel that should be sufficient. The capsule is a bit large but not as large as some other supplements I take, so swallowing them is not a problem. "I don't know how I stumbled upon this C supplement, but to say it really works is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Hayfever is much less bothersome! What relief! And I suppose that it is doing a lot of other good things. I don't have any stomach upset when I take it. I don't know if anyone else is manufacturing this combination with C but I can't see why anyone would switch to another brand. You can't beat the price, formulation of the ingredients, type of ingredients, and ease of digestibility. I'm sold - I'll be taking 2000 mg a day from now on! Thanks NSI - for a great product!"
