"This is a wonderful product for someone who has allergies to soy. This protein bar does not have soy in it and yet, has high protein, lower calories and lower carbs. It tastes good too."

"The bar was different from other protein bars in that the texture was more dense and flavorful. Other products seem to concentrate on peanuts or chocolate and a crunchy texture."

"The taste is okay (there isn't a whole lot) but I don't really care for the texture. To me they feel gummy and waxy (?) - wish there was a little crunch to them. I might try one of the other flavors but probably won't order this flavor again."
