"I am very please with this product. However it did take about 5 weeks and taking 4 pills a day before I had relief from the hot flashes and night sweats. I was having the hot flashes and night sweats every half hour and i was miserable. I'm now into my 3rd bottle and I have hot flashes but they are not to the point where I sweat and are less frequent."

"I have only been taking the product two weeks so I am not an expert but I do see a difference. I have been wearing a patch for 20+ years and now the doctors say I need to take it off. "I am in the middle of menopause and the hot flashes were keeping me up at night and just making life unbearable at times. I decided to try this product and after about 2-3 wks I noticed no more hot flashes. Then I ran out and didn't get it reordered for about 2 wks and the flashes came back w/a vengance. "This product has helped me greatly with my premenopausal symptoms. I feel balanced especially mentally...no cramping, headaches, hot flashes, etc. The hot flashes are at an extreme mimum. I've only counted 2 since I've been taking the PhytoEstrogen Ultra. My cycles although irregular, are far and few between and are light. Where before I would have many periods with heavy flow. I would highly recommend a good try for someone who is suffering with premenopausal symtoms. It would be worth it."
