"Love that these are pure and organic! I hated taking the prenatal vitamins that were neon in color with all sorts of dyes, inks and artificial everything. These are not! I feel good about taking them, and they contain 800 mcg folic acid, exactly what we pregnant moms need. I also like that I can take 1 with each meal. They don't make me sick whatsoever. Highly recommended!!!"

"I tried many types of prenatal and multivitamins before these, and they all made me sick. I can take these on an empty stomach and not get sick, and they are completely organic. "This is my second pregnancy and let me tell you....these are the best! They're small, they don't stink and they don't mess with your stomach like every other prenatal I've tried. "I like this brand because they are made from whole foods and not created in some lab somewhere. There are no additives and they're all natural. Even though they're a little more expensive than other brands, I felt good taking these and knowing I was doing something good for my baby! "This is my third pregnancy and I have tried quite a few prenatal vitamins over the years. I absolutely LOVE this one! It is effective but the smell is not terribly overpowering (like a lot of them). Also the pills are not too big so they aren't too difficult to swallow with morning sickness."

"My midwife recommended this prenatal vitamin and I'm really happy with it. I had previously been taking the Rainbow Light One-a-day and it turned my face into an acne nightmare for some reason. This one is does not affect my skin, or upset my stomach, and taking three per day isn't as hard as I thought. Plus they are really small tablets, and I know some people have an issue with that. There really aren't many good food-based prenatal vitamins out there, (not to mention organic,) and rainbow light was the only guaranteed vegan one I could find. I'm not sure about the source of the vitamin D in this one, but for the next few months I have decided not think about it and just take what is good for my baby. I usually would never even consider a product with a non-vegan ingredient, but I was really stuck in this case and I didn't want my baby to be deficient in anything. I know I could just call the company and ask, but I don't want to know in case it is D3. They say its 100% vegetarian, but that doesn't mean vegan. There really needs to be more companies out there making a high-quality food based prenatal that is certified 100% vegan. One option is not enough!! It is expensive, but of all times in your life, this shouldn't be the time when you're skimping on something like this. It's organic, whole food source, and from a good, reputable company. The herbal extracts and sprouted seeds they add are great. Definitely worth the extra money."

"I have been using this product for about two months, because I hope to become pregnant. I chose it because I love the fact that it is an organic whole-food vitamin, and also contains soy. It seems to be a high-quality product, but I recently noticed that it has very little calcium. So I think next time I will choose a pre-natal with calcium. I also NEVER take it three times a day, only once and sometimes twice, so I think next time I will also try something to take twice a day rather than three times a day. I also take NSI Friendly Fiber with FOS and Probiotics, NSI Mitochondrial Renew & Energy Complex (not sure how I feel about this yet...I think I want to try CoQ10 next, because I want to take SOMETHING for extra energy) and Omega 3 Fatty Acids with EPA & DHA."

"I do like these except one thing - I did the dissolve test in water and it took them FOREVER to dissolve. Much longer than the recommended time of 30 minutes. This makes me skeptical of their effectiveness."
