"Let me start by saying I do not need to lose weight; I have 13% body fat and a bmi of 19. I also have a high metabolism which causes me to be continuously hungry. I bought this product hoping it would help control hunger between meals and it did no such thing. In fact, I think the hunger pains were more intense after taking this product. Plus, it can be difficult at times to take it a half hour before you eat, if you don't know exactly when you're going to eat. This product did not work at all for me. I returned it for a refund. I do appreciate Vitacost's guarantee."

"I use this product together with VPX's "Fat Destroying DIETEX. Individulely neither is great at curbing my appetite. Both aids in diminishing hunger. But I'm still searching for something more effective."
