"Frankly speaking, I've had problems with my intestinal tract for years. I take only one capsule in the morning. I would go as far to say that my intestinal tract has cleared up by 95%. They are easy to swallow, which is another plus for me. My soon-to-be 83 year-old mother takes them, too. She is impressed with their effectiveness as well."

"I've been using this product for almost a year now. Before that, I was taking probiotic supplements from another company. This product is gentle on my system which is really important to me. I take it every morning and during the afternoon, both on an empty stomach with a glass of water. I don't eat anything for at least 30 minutes after that. I think this product has contributed to keeping my gastrointestinal tract healthy and regular. Also, I have noticed that my complexion looks clearer. I gave some to a friend and he said that his complexion has improved too. I will continue to keep using this product even though it's more expensive than the others on the market because I think it's high quality."

"I have been using probiotics since 2005 and experimented with many brands and combinations of various brands. Garden of Life makes a really exceptional product. When I first tried the Ultra Veggie blend, I was expecting them to work about the same as the other brands.
To my surprise, they worked much better and I needed a smaller dosage to get better results. I am not certain if it is the trace minerals that make the difference of the specific combo of probiotics but not only did I see a remarkable change in my digestive system, it also helped when I got sick or was tired. When I feel something coming on, I take an added dose and it always helps.
Not to get graphic, but I also noticed that my stool showed better properly absorbed food and a better formed stool so I know the probiotics were helping me absorb the nutrients from all the other supplements and food I take in.
If you have bouts of constipation, diarrhea or irritable bowels, I highly recommend taking this product. Even if you don't but just get things like allergies on the skin or food allergies...I have noticed a marked improvement since on the product.
This is a real winner in the probiotic line and it has a better stability (doesn't need refrigeration in most climates) which makes it more convenient too."

"I'm in healthcare and inherently skeptical. More research is coming out on the specific and overall benefit of probiotic therapy. I decided to try this. After about a week, it was like someone pulled the haze from my eyes. I was more alert, it was easier to attack the day and just had a general feeling of well being. When we ran out, I noticed a big difference. A Large portion of your immune system is in the gut. It just makes sense. The fact that it doesn't need refridgerated is a big plus as well. Recommend taking on empty stomach for max benefit."
