"My teeth are fairly tight together & some brands of floss get stuck. This floss fits between my teeth and I like the tea tree oil scent and feeling of cleanliness. A package of this floss seems to last a long time for me and I floss daily."

"It's dental floss, not exactly a sexy product. It's effective when you use it properly. It's not hardly at all scented with tea tree oil, which is disappointing. You know when you get a mint or cinnamon floss and you smell it, and you immediately can recognize the scent. You don't get that here."

"The floss is thread like, and it's hard to get between teeth and to pull out between teeth, so it frays. I wish Desert Essence can make a floss like Crest Glide which is easy to get between teeth and out."

"I have always been a Glide user but wanted to try something a little more affordable. After 30 some years in the dental profession I wanted to make sure I got a floss that worked well. I was a little concerned about the taste of the tea tree oil but I knew that tea tree is good for infections and tissue health. After using it I find the taste to be mild and not bad. I could never stand the sweetened cinnamon or peppermint flavors that many flosses come in, they nearly make me gag. This does not cause any problems for me."

"This is a great product at a great price. I'm not sure why dental floss should be organic or what the difference should be between different kinds. I like this product: it works and it is a good company. I had used oral-B dental floss for years and then switched to Glide. Glide is good, but why give all your money to a major corporation."

"My close-spaced teeth prefer a dental "tape" but the DE brand tape shreds too easily. Their floss is better than most because it's kinda flat - and doesn't shred. You can't actually taste the tea tree, but it's supposed to be helpful for your gums. I don't know if I think Desert Essence dental floss itself is more ecologically friendly than other floss, but I like supporting companies that try to make a difference."

""It serves the purpose. We are not as pleased with the feel and effectiveness with this as the typical commercial GLIDE brand. HOWEVER!!!!! Given the eco/health factors, we are pleased to switch. The floss is preferred for my daughter's young teeth and the tape is great for my more mature teeth. It does shred more easily than the other brands.""
