Desert Essence Organics Coconut Hand and Body Lotion is an organic lotion that uses tropical oils and extracts to help skin refresh and renew. After use of this pure formula, skin looks and feels silky. It is lightly scented with tropical organic coconut oil. Organic Extract of Hibiscus: Hibiscus contains components that enable stimulation of skin cells and promote the healing process. Organic Coconut Oil: intense moisturizing makes the skin smoother and evenly textured. Also penetrates the skin to act as an antioxidant and free radical scavenger. Organic Extract of Passionflower:. Lightly moisturizes the skin.

"I really do love this lotion. I have dry hands from washing them a million times per day. This stuff returns the suppleness to my skin the way I want a lotion to do. The scent is strong at first, but then subsides; it reminds me of the tropically scent of tanning bed lotions. I will definitely keep this one in permanent stock until my wandering senses leads to something else."

"I was looking for an effective body moisturizer that had a subtle aroma. The coconut aroma is nice, but I didn't see any improvements in the softness of my skin. Every once in a while I try a new product, and return to my trusted Eucerine Original Formula Body Lotion. When will I learn?!"

"Just my two cents... I really love just about everything I've purchased from this website. But I was disappointed in this particular body lotion. It does have a pleasant coconut fragrance, and the lotion does hydrate the skin, but I didn't feel it did a better job than anything I could have bought at the grocery store."

"GREAT PRODUCT BEING AS IT WORKS WELL ALONG WITH IT SMELLS GREAT TOO. (AS LONG AS YOU DONT MIND THE SMELL OF COCONUT. MAY LEAVE YOUR SKIN A LITTLE SHINY SO I DONT RECOMMEND USING IT ON YOUR FACE. "I wasn't too sure of the scent when I first started using this but now it is one of my favorite hand and body lotions!! It smells alot like pineapple and some coconut, but it drys down to a creamy true coconut smell. It is offensive or strong, just very creamy and milky smelling-I love it. It moisturizes very well for a lotion, it is not watery thin, but you can shake it up in the tube. I really bought it because there is no chemicals or preservatives that I don't like in it, I feel good using it and putting my money towards a totally natural product. This is a great lotion for layering with my tropical perfumes for the spring and summer."

"I was thrilled to see that this product averaged five stars. I read all the reviews. I was truly prepared to be in the majority; saying this was THE best coconut scented lotion EVER. Sorry, I'm not! I'm with the rest of the minority. It's a very fake smelling coconut ~ leaning more on the side of pina colada. I agree with one reviewer...it seems to get "stinkier" on me throughout the day! I've taken to using it only from the knees down (when wearing capris) and even that is too much. On the positive side; it does its "moisturizing" part and lasts the entire day. I just can't deal with the smell. Sorry. I'm going back to Kiss My Face lotions:~)"

"I have had much better Coconut scented products than this, so I was not very pleased with the artificial type smell of coconut.

Aside from the scent, the product works very well. It is rich, but not greasy and leaves your skin moisturized, which is the whole point!"
