NSI Synergy Supreme® Multi-Vitamin Version 3 -- 360 Capsules

An advanced multi-vitamin with effective doses of a large variety of powerful anti-oxidants for total body health! The new NSI® Synergy Supreme Multi-Vitamin Version 3 has been completely changed to have a more convenient number of capsules (12 capsules per day) with a more convenient price. Acetyl L-carnitine (1,000 mg), alpha lipoic acid (600 mg) and Coenzyme Q10 (200 mg) improve and protect cellular energy production and may help protect the heart and brain. Other powerful anti-oxidants include 500 mg each of green tea extract, Curcumin C3 Complex® turmeric extract, pomegranate extract, the bioflavonoid quercetin, and VitaVeggie™ Vegetable Antioxidant Blend. The 500 mg of VitaVeggie™ Vegetable Antioxidant Blend, with an ORAC score of 2,500 units, is equivalent in anti-oxidant activity to five servings of vegetables. Epidemiological studies show that high consumption of fruits and vegetables is associated with better health. Unfortunately, the average American diet has only two servings of vegetables and fruit per day. Synergy Supreme has 500 mg of VitaVeggie™ Vegetable Antioxidant Blend with an ORAC score of 2,500 units which is equivalent in anti-oxidant activity to five servings of vegetables. Synergy Supreme also has 200 mg of ActiVin® Grape Seed Extract (standardized with over 85% proanthocyanidins) with a typical ORAC score of 1,800 to 2,600 units which is equivalent in anti-oxidant activity to approximately four or five servings of fruit. The pomegranate extract is standardized by phenols (80%) and pomegranate’s unique antioxidants called punicosides (standardized 40%). The 500 mg of pomegranate extract probably has more antioxidant activity than drinking half a glass of pomegranate juice. This is important because clinical studies indicate that drinking pomegranate juice appears to promote healthy arteries. Lycopene is the potent antioxidant in tomatoes and is associated with healthy arteries and healthy prostate. Synergy Supreme has 10 mg of Lyc-O-Mato® lycopene which is markedly higher than most people’s dietary intake of lycopene. Thus Synergy Supreme has effective doses of powerful antioxidants from vegetables and fruit. Resveratrol is an antioxidant which has recently become very popular from studies showing promotion of healthy brain, protection from abnormal cell growth, as well as anti-aging effects. Synergy Supreme has 100 mg of resveratrol which is a dose markedly higher than can be obtained by drinking red wine. Vitamin D3 at 1,000 IU or more is associated with protection from abnormal cell growth. Synergy Supreme has 2,000 IU of vitamin D3. Pine Bark Extract has been shown to help memory and joints. Eye protection includes lutein with zeaxanthin, Ginkgo biloba extract, alpha lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, as well as several other antioxidants. Alpha lipoic acid as well as the combination of chromium and biotin has been shown to promote healthy blood sugar levels. Synergy Supreme has chromium (chromium polynicotinate) ChromeMate® (400 mcg) and biotin (4,000 mcg).     Furthermore, high doses of resveratrol have been shown to help protect the body from damage from high levels of glucose. Therefore, the 100 mg of resveratrol in Synergy Supreme may help protect the body from damage from high glucose levels. Synergy Supreme promotes healthy bones with 500 mg of highly bioavailable calcium (as calcium citrate, malate, Advan-C™), magnesium (300 mg), vitamin D3 (2,000 IU), vitamin K (1,000 mcg) and boron (3 mg). Clinical studies have shown that 1,500 mg of glucosamine sulfate promotes healthy cartilage in joints so Synergy Supreme has 1,500 mg of glucosamine sulfate.
