"Since I quit taking hormones, I stopped being able to sleep well. I tried Melatonin, otc tablets, etc. Nothing allowed me to go back to sleep after awakening in the night. SleepAssure pretty well does. It also leaves me with no 'hangover' feeling or headache, as can happen with other remedies. It's all natural stuff, so I don't worry about taking it as often as needed."

"This works so well and I'm a person who has to fight to get sleep. Within half an hour of taking it I'm snoozing. Not only would I recommend it to a friend but I got my mother to start taking it!"

"I have been taking this product for years and as a 50ish menopausal woman I would not go to sleep without it. I also think the melatonin keeps you youthful (I don't know if that is true but I like to think so)."
