"I got these for my dad, who is older and getting leg cramps. They are easy for him to take, as they're chewable, and he likes the way they taste. I can't answer for him whether they solve his problem or not, but I am happy that he takes them. I know Nature's Plus is a reliable brand."

"These are chewable and taste great. They must work - when I ran out for a while, my fingernails started breaking off. Since a couple of weeks after I got more, the fingernails have been fine again. If they help grow the fingernails, they likely work for the bones, too."
