"I'm not really up on everything that is in this, but the combination seems to work well for my insomnia. It's got more melatonin than I would normally take alone (can make me feel depressed the next day), but I haven't had any problems when taking this concoction."

"I found this stuff about 2 1/2 years ago, And not only does it work great it brought me a great revelation about my sleep habits and how they were affecting my health and general well being, I was the type that used to wake up every couple hours roll over and go back to sleep, never really getting into a real deep sleep, I then read how there are differnt levels of sleep which directly affect the body "meaning" that you have these glands in your brain that secreet enzymes that help your body regenerate and balance cemical reactions that can cause among other things depression. If you dont get into a deep enough level of sleep this glands dont work properly, their somehow connected or stimulated by the sleep process. My experience has been that I take the reccomened amount and about 20-30 minutes later I start to get real comfortable in my chair, I go to bed and go out like a light (but not dead to the world)I can still be awoken as my rotten neighbor has proved, in a perfect night I go right to sleep and wake up about 6 hours later, Ive realized that its not the amount of sleep you get but the quality of sleep you get!!!!! I buy this in bulk...K"

"I have been taking this product as needed for about 1 year and I am very satisfied. I believe it works as well as diphenhydramine or hydroxyzine (after developing a slight tolerance), which are the usual H1 blockers that are also used as sleep-inducing agents. It works much better than H1 blockers if you've been regularly taking one for > 1 week and have become tolerant. Sleep Assure also does not shut down your brain the entire next day like H1 blockers often do. Furthermore, it is the only supplement that I know of that combines valerian root AND melatonin in a single product. This is an excellent sleep aid especially considering that it is not a pharmaceutical. One possible negative factor is that it seems to wear off after about 5-6 hours. This is only a problem during periods when I am having a very hard time sleeping, and may be individual-dependent."

"Sleep Assure is the one and only thing that has worked to get my son with autism to sleep. Benedryl didn't work, nothing else helped his severe sleep disorder and without Sleep Assure, he would be up running and bouncing off the walls till 2am and still fighting to keep from sleeping!
