"I am shocked at how well this has kept my sugar cravings at bay. As a lifelong sugar junkie, I used to drink 2 large caramel lattes daily, now I'm down to a small one with half the syrup. I also work in a bakery and was averaging 3 cookies a day, now it's ZERO. AND I can actually say "no" to dessert without feeling deprived. I tend to be highly skeptical when it comes to supplements of this type, but this one really is effective!"

"I don't think the ingredients in this are enough. I went and bought NSI chromium 500 mg, NSI Bitter Melon Fruit 900 mg, and Natures way Gymnema 200 mg. And I will take a more potent batch for sugar cravings. I will have to buy the resveratrol separately too."

"I am highly sensitive to meds, drugs, alcohol, cosmetics- so I have to be careful what I ingest. I have been taking another supplement= Kal Blood Sugar control for a couple years. This product does a better, more effective job for approximately the same price and is still gentle with my system. I feel better balanced- my appetite is more controlled and I can eat a fruit yogurt or bread without my blood sugar (and symptoms) spiraling out of control."

"I was pleased to find this product as it has several herbs that are recommended for the control of blood sugar as well as the resveratrol in one product. This is a good buy, however I wish the herbs were at a little higher concentrations. Or that it also, contained both Chromium AND Vanadyl Sulfate, at the higher amounts that are now being discussed in the medical-alternative newsletters I have read. All-in-all it is still a good product."
