"I like this product. I tried it, and I think it made my skin look better, smoother. It's hard to tell when I take other vitamins as well. But I heard so many good stuff about resveratrol I ordered several bottles more."

"I've been taking about 600mg of resveratrol from these caps in divided doses each day. I feel healthier and have made a very speedy recovery in strength after an illness. I feel that this mix was key. Great great stuff.

One note; I've had a decline in appetite and slight weight gain (4 lbs, which is unusual for me). I don't know if it was caused by this mix or not, since I'm taking some other supplements. The gain is probably muscle, but I'm not certain."
