NSI Oregano Oil -- 2 fl oz

NSI Oregano Oil -- 2 fl oz

NSI® Oregano Oil helps support healthy respiration, blood pressure and digestion. How does NSI® Oregano Oil work? Harvested during the flowering season and dried on the field or under a roof, oregano has bright purple flowers and an aromatic scent. Its value lies in the oil, which is found in its leaves. Of all the plants in the mint family, oregano is the richest in antioxidants. Oregano contains a long list of minerals that includes calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, potassium, copper, boron and manganese. Vitamins C and A (beta carotene) and niacin also are contained in oregano. The active constituents in oregano are thymol and carvacrol, which may help support respiratory health. Oregano oil may support digestive and urinary tract health, and helps inhibit the growth of undesirable organisms. NSI® Oregano Oil is better because it:. -- Is standardized to a minimum 70% carvacrol. -- Is a better value compared to other brands.  .  .

NEVER BE WITHOUT IT!, February 3, 2009
By MomToMnHnB from Azle, Texas

"This stuff is awesome. I will never be without it. It worked for me better then an antibiotic a number of times. As for the horrible taste; just buy the empty capsules and drop in 12 drops - easy as pie. Take it in the middle of a meal for less oregano burp. I'll take that over the diarrhea that RX antibiotics cause along with countless other negatives. (MRSA for instance) I have diluted it with olive oil and used it on infected wounds. It works better than triple antibiotic ointment. It has also shortened the duration and severity of colds for me. Amazing stuff."

Great anti-fungal!, December 25, 2008
By AWest from CT

"I really like how this fomula uses an oil base instead of alcohol as I use this as an anti-fungal and we all know that fungus can feed off alcohol... You get a whole lot of product, for a small price. The only downside is the dropper like other's have said."

BURNS!!!!, November 20, 2008
By Attickus

"I diluted it, but there was some left on the rim of my glass. It burned my lips. I had to wash my lips with liquid soap, then coat in vitamin E cream to get the burn to subside. So make sure to REALLY DILUTE!"

Horrible Taste, October 27, 2008
By grapevine from Texas

"I really wish I could get this stuff down because of all the good stuff I read about oregano oil, but the taste is unbelievably horrible. I tried adding it to juice (I did add 12 drops), but it made no difference. The taste sticks with you all day."

Quality - Price - Can't miss, October 9, 2008
By ThinkFirst from Tucson, AZ

"After hearing of the wonders of Oil of Oregano for all sorts of issues I tried this one for it's value. It's done everything and more. I've also used this on bites, cuts and great general tonic. If you can't stand the strong taste, mix with an organic juice, not commercial stuff as the chemicals in them cut it's usefulness a lot. For some cuts and scrapes I dilute first in 1 oz purified water, then clean area with the solution, soak a band aid pad in it and redo every day. Forget creams and ointments. I keep one glass cup I use to mix this in each time I take it and only wash it once a week. By the end of the week the mix gets so strong I have to start over but man does it work big time!"

Strongest smell and taste ever!!, August 3, 2008
By Aphrodytee from Ca

"I diluted this before drinking and I could only take one drink. This taste was worse than the garlic pills. Made me burp oregeno all day. I have to keep this sealed in a plasic bag because after just opening it once it still leaves a nasty odor. It might be the best becasue the high concentration of carvacrol, if I could only swallow it. Disgusting!!!!!"

Good and Strong, February 22, 2008

"I bought other oils that were supposed to be the bomb. This oil will light you up. Do not try to put 12 drops under the tongue:) Three drops works wonders , 12 will start a large forest fire in your mouth."

"This is the best $value$ oregano oil I've found and there is no sacrifice in quality. It is certainly high quality, potent oil. My only complaint is that it's thin and the dropper doesn't hole it in well (fault of the dropper, not the oil) and it leaks out of the dropper before you want it to!! Very annoying; it's a strong smell, wastes precious oil, and can make a mess. However, it's still a great product."
