"I agree with those who think liquid calcium is a good idea but this product caused me agonizing leg cramps. I took it for about two weeks because I couldn't believe that it was the cause of the cramps but since their onset and cessation were coincident with its use, I must conclude that it was. Unfortunately I bought two bottles so it was a rather expensive mistake."

"I have really enjoyed the liquid calcium. The flavor and consistency is good. I normally take the tablet form of calcium and get tired of swollowing so many tablets. I just take 2tbs of the liquid and I have met my requirement for the day.

"While I like what this product does and the fact that I would rather take a liquid than a pill, the only problem I have with this products is that it is hard to shake the bottle and it is so thick that it sticks to the top and sometimes makes a mess.
