"I agree with those who think liquid calcium is a good idea but this product caused me agonizing leg cramps. I took it for about two weeks because I couldn't believe that it was the cause of the cramps but since their onset and cessation were coincident with its use, I must conclude that it was. Unfortunately I bought two bottles so it was a rather expensive mistake."

"I am very pleased with this liquid calcium product. I have never taken calcium consistantly, as the pills always cause upset stomach and heartburn. I take a shot glass each morning (good measuring tool for dosage) and it goes down nicely - no stomach issues at all. "I have really enjoyed the liquid calcium. The flavor and consistency is good. I normally take the tablet form of calcium and get tired of swollowing so many tablets. I just take 2tbs of the liquid and I have met my requirement for the day.
The orange flavor is not overpowering (actually it is better than I expected). I would recommend this product to my family and friends."

"While I like what this product does and the fact that I would rather take a liquid than a pill, the only problem I have with this products is that it is hard to shake the bottle and it is so thick that it sticks to the top and sometimes makes a mess. "my only complaint with all liquid calcium products is that the container they are in has a small opening. The calcium becomes clumped and won't mix, therefore sometimes you get lumpy stuff and others just the liquid and not enough calcium. I think liquid calcium should be in wide mouth containers you can stir with a spoon so you always get equal amounts of the actual calcium. But that should be obvious to the manufacturers and yet it isn't. If you had this, you'd sell more than any other mfg. who handles it."

"I've only been using it for a month, so I don't notice any real changes yet, hence only 3 stars for effectiveness. But I like that it is a liquid, and I like the orange taste. My only complaint is that it is so thick it is hard to pour. Be careful... my first attempt ended up with a few tablespoonfuls spilled all over the counter as it plopped out in a large glop! But I have since then learned how to pour it out w/o making a mess. I actually like the thick taste. It is the consistency of yogurt. It just maybe needs a different container."

"I loved the fact this was a liquid calcium because of difficulty swallowing pills. The flavor is great. The product does tend to get thick and congregates around the bottle opening no matter how long and hard you shake the bottle. It also comes out really thick at times making it hard to measure precisely. But having a liquid still works good for me and I would recommend the product to anyone who has difficulty swallowing medication."

"I don't know why they even bothered to give this a flavor. It is a nasty chalky mess. I would rather crush my pills then take this stuff. I was under the impression that it was a liquid.
