"My husband pored this out after a week. He could not stand the taste. I also didn't like it. He tryed this liquid formula instead of his regular pill formula because of the price and we had heard liquid supplements get in to your system better. His elbo and shoulder started hurting again while taking this supplement. I would recomend Schiff Move Free Advanced with MSM and Vitamin D."

"They say that it has a delicious orange flavor, but it doesn't...it tastes nasty...it took a few days to get over the gag reflex....however, i have noticed a difference with my joints. i had ankle surgery about 5 years ago and my ankle would ache at night...that has started to decline...so it is effective just not flavorful..if you can stomach it then it's worth it."
