"I used this product for 8 weeks along with regular exercise and did not see or feel any improvements. Not even sure there is really anything in these pills. Next time I will try the NOW brand. "It says to take 2 capsules per day in the description and that is the way it is listed on the bottle regarding the amount of servings (50) and the serving size (2). BUT, under "suggested use," it says take 6 capsules per day! I see people on here are taking up to 6 per day. I just wonder if this could cause problems and think the amounts listed incorrectly on the bottle need to be changed!!!!"

"I kept getting mixed results from the lab on whether I had a thyroid problem so I took the initiative to handle it myself. Be safe than sorry or worse take a toxic medication. "I don't know about this one. I felt no change in energy, no reduction in weight, etc. The only thing that WAS noticable was the explosion of acne, greasy complexion, and increased hair growth. I stopped just shy of the bottle being empty and my complexion has returned to near normal. It didn't work for me, perchance it'll help someone else."
