"Seems to be working but not as efffective as I thought. I was hoping to rid myself of lots of digestive problems. But I will use the full bottle and see if maybe it works better the longer you take it.
Easy to swollow, no unpleasant side effects. I hear it is better to not take this before a meal but to take it after. On the bottle it says before but on the net it says take enzymes after to give your body a chance to produce some enzymes first. If you take before you body may stop producting enzymes.
There are good days and there are still bad days of belching and food sitting in stomach for hours. But I am getting some benefits."
