"It is interesting to see how many steps a day I take. Sometimes I set a goal of 10,000 steps and try really hard to meet it. It has also opened my eyes to the fact that some days I don't walk nearly as much as I thought I did! I love the fact it counts aerobic steps separately. Some days it doesn't fel like much but I may have had 20 minutes of aerobic walking logged! Great pedometer."

"I purchased this pedometer to see just how far I was actually walking each day. When I received it, I was impressed with the instructions and was up and running in approximately 15 minutes. I have used it while walking, running and at work. The instructions say not to drop it. I have dropped mine repeatedly and there has not been a malfunction yet. It was dropped due to my own clumsiness, not to any fault of the pedometer. It comes with a belt clip and an additional strap with a clip. No reason to drop it but I elected to not install the strap as a personal preference. All in all, a well made pedometer which is accurate and informative."
