"I have had oily skin and acne since high school. Since taking the Skin eternal my skin has become less oily and is more balanced. I rarely have pimples and my skintone is even. I take the recommended dose of 4 a day and have no problems. My hair and nails are flourishing as well! This is the most complete multivitamin for those who want to improve their skin."

"I think this vitamin has helped in my skin's overall appearance & feel, but I hate taking it everyday because you need to take 4 huge tablets! I wish they would make them as capsules or smaller tablets. I will continue to use this vitamin though."

"After only a few days I could feel a difference (skin much softer). After about a week I started seeing a definite improvement in my acne. I am happy with this product. Also, I take two pills twice a day (instead of the recommended 4 pills twice a day). It seems that it might be kinder on my liver that way."

"This is the best multi vitamin/mineral supplement I have ever used. Excellent quality and nutrient content! So many multi's are just too potent, even time-released formulas. The recommended dosage with these is four tablets, so you can space them out. For me, four is too much - one or two is perfect."
