"this stuf is awesome! at first when i started taking it i wrote a review saying that i had gained 3 1/2 lbs...well now ive gained thirteen im now 186 but thats not the part that impressed me..what got me is how my bench has went up 30lbs my squat has went up 55lbs and dead lift 70lbs!!! love it. would recomend to anyone!"

"This supplement is a good one for off and on season training depending on what results you are looking for. There is a large amount of sugar per serving, but if you do cariod atleast 3 times a week you should be fine. This product will make you look bigger. The product directs water to your muscles so that your muscles have a medium to grow into. Using this in combination with Hydroxycut Hardcore is a must!"
