"I truly love NSI and by all means they make great products with an unbeatable value. However I have been taking Wobenzym for a couple of years and noticed the NSI knock off is not as effective. It's so so, but if your going to spend the money go for the real thing. I switched back and confirmed it. We all want to beleive it's just as goof but when I went back to the real thing a starting feeling the benifits again."

"I really wanted to like this product, a compatible enzyme product with a reasonable purchase price. If you use Wobenzym on a regular basis and it works well for you, spend the extra $20 and get the real thing. The pills are twice as big (probably all the fillers and binding agents), have a weird smell and actually upset my stomach. I'm sticking with the real thing."

"I started taking this about 2 years ago for neck and back pain that was going to need surgery. The pain went away (mostly) in about a week, and has stayed mostly gone since then. I take 3 tablets twice a day, and I consider this a "miracle drug" for the relief it has given me. With no adverse side effects, there is no reason I can't enjoy these benefits indefinitely."

"This product works well, but in my opinion not quite as well as Wobenzym. I'm not sure why since the basic active ingredients are identical, but the binders are different. I can take less Wobenzym to get the same effect. The only thing I really don't like is that the tablets are almost twice the size, at least 1 1/2 times the size of the Wobenzym and they stick in your throat when you try to swallow since they are larger and not as smooth either in texture or shape. I have to take them with food. Next time I will probably go back to the Wobenzym, but these are a good alternative."

"Although there is a good savings associated with this product, so I would recommend for value. On a personal note, I dont believe it is worth switching from its more expensive counterpart. The tablets are much larger and there is an unpleasant odor and after taste. So.. I have to ask myself this question.. is it worth the price? No... I dont believe so. I'll switch back to wobenzym."

"I previously used WobenzymN from Marilyn Pharm for 10 years. Ordered FlavenZyme because of the lower cost and the fact that Marilyn no longer makes the original WobenzymN product. I haven't noticed any difference in the effectiveness of the NSI systemic enzyme product. I have noticed a terrible smell when opening the container. The pills literally stink. The enteric coating obviously does not mask this smell. I am not dissatisfied with the products effectiveness just the smell."

"The more expensive/identical product was recommended to me at a Health Food Store for aching back muscles- It got rid of the pain in a couple of days!- 3tabs "1hr" pre-breakfast & pre-dinner (no food!). I felt sooo good that I went for a long hike- Lo & behold my bad knee didn't hurt for the first time in 30 years! WOW, and I've tried SEVERAL natural remedies...! After a few weeks of no-pain- I was able to reduce to a once daily, pre-breakfast maintenance dose. I had BAD results..., taking before bed!"
