"I have been taking several brands of probiotics over the years and I have been happy with this purchase. I have been taking 1 at night for the past month and have been more regular. I also noticed that my monthly breakout cycle was a lot less than usual. My face is the clearest it's been for a long time. At 47 it's about time. The price isn't as bad as it seems at first. I feel you do not have to take as much as with some brands. One a day works for me. I would recommend."

"I have tried a few alternatives to this product since its a bit pricey but I haven't found anything that works as well. I can rely on this product to deliver. It helps my digestion and after regular use helps me feel better in general. When I have an upset stomach I take this as a PRN and it always eases the discomfort within a few hours. My hubby just completed his first cleanse and I ordered this for him to rebuild his gut. I wanted him to have the best. I do wish this product was cheaper but its one of those items, that what you pay for, is what you get."

"Since being referred to this product I have found out that everything said about the actions of the product are true. I had signs of healing as early as three weeks into my first bottle. I was also told that in my case 1I bottle would probably do the trick. Since I wasn't always able to follow the instructions on how often to take my supplement I decided (to be safe) to purchase one more bottle. As it turns out I was able to get my second bottle with 216 caplets instead of the usual 180 (for a better price!). My digestive system has calmed down quite a lot and I am thankful for the referral. I used 1 before each meal (if I didn't forget)..."

"I do not take this product every day, however, after taking antibiotics for a week for a tooth infection that required a root canal, I knew that I needed a fast replacement of the good germs into my digestive tract. This product has the most effective mean of doing that with more good germs than most. I do take an average of 3 to 5 a week, except after taking anitbiotics, then I would take them every day."

"This is a product everyone should use and according to a highly respected local ND, it should be consumed about 1 /12 to 2 hours after you consume your meal and not on an empty stomach as the bottle says but just before the stomach empties into the small intestines. This will give you the maximum benefits and you will get your money's worth. This of course is the best analysis I've heard."

"I previously had taken this product after facing Montezuma's revenge in Mexico and it was helpful, but I hadn't thought about continuing to take it regularly.
