"I use Vitcost brand: Calcium with Vit. D; Probiotic 10-20; MSM; Glucosamine Sulfate; Melitonin; and Dhea. All in capsule form. All are effective. My only problem is that they all are white capules and keeping from getting them confused is often times challenging! Prices are good as is the service."

"Tiny capsule taken an hour before bedtime and I , at sixty-five under tremendous stress, sleep 6-7 hours , only waking up when I have to use the bathroom. If not for That, I'd sleep 8-9. For the best results, buy BLACK DRAPES or line your windows with black trash bags. Sunlight turns off melatonin production and wakes us up! No wonder in the fifties my mom would pull down our old fashioned ROOM DARKENING SHADES. Ugly, yes; but man did they work. Having "room with a view" is nice but a light filled room WILL wake you up!!!"
