"When I began taking Hemaplex my ferritin levels were 16 ng/mL. That was September 2008. As of July 2009, my levels are at 74. My nutritionist is thrilled with the improvment and so am I."

was 7 months pregnant and decided to have a homebirth. My iron was low,
and in order to deliver at home, I had to have my iron above 10.7
according to my midwife. Mine was at 9.7. I was taking 4 to 12
chlorophyll pills and it continued to stay bellow 10. I started taking
Hema-plex and within a week it went up to 10.4 and has been above 11
the remainder of my pregnancy. I'm so thankful - this product has
allowed me to birth my child as home safely exactly the way I want to!"

"My doctor told my that my iron levels were "low normal" and I've been turned away for donating blood a few times because of low iron levels. Before taking Hema-Plex, I struggled with unexplained fatigue. I've tried taking a multivitamin with a small amount of iron, but it didn't help.
It took about 2 weeks of taking the Hema-Plex vitamin every day before I started to see any significant improvements, but now I feel great. My fitness level is up because I don't tire so quickly and I'm more alert during the day.
During the first couple of weeks of taking this, I had problems sleeping through the night and a significant increase in appetite, but I was back to eating and sleeping normally after a couple of weeks."

"I have not had a follow up blood test yet for my iron levels so I can not say for sure where I am in terms of recovery. What I can say is that this product has been easy on my system with regard to side effects. Also my insatiable ice cravings (pica) went away almost immediately. Therefore, I do believe it is working."
