"This brand of shakes is very tasty, particularly the chocolate fudge pudding. They are my husband's absolute favorites. Unfortunately, I have some sort of allergic(?) reaction, i.e.; dizziness and nausea after drinking them so I had to stop. I still get 'em, because hubbie can't live without having at least one shake a day."

"There are many good protein powers now on the market. Synta-Six is by far the best tasting, regardless of your flavor preference. It mixes as smoothly as any and it even has 5gm fiber per/ serving--what a bonus. You will not find a better tasting protein powder or better mixing. "All of the flavors offered are really some of the best tasting I've experienced. I like the fact that is has some fiber and is sustained release (as opposed to the Dessert Protein). Don't like the fact that is is sweetened with sucralose (Splenda)....not a big fan of any artificial sweetener. Great price from Vitacost, too."

"I've been using this stuff for over three months now, and its the best I have used thus far in my bodybuilding era. I've gone from supplement to supplement, like Pro-NOS and some of the Muscle Tech stuff, and not to say that those were bad, but they just haven't worked or been as effective as the Syntha-6 has, or BSN products as a whole for that matter.
