"I bought this because of the advanced delivery system and the large research base supporting the use of resveratrol. Unfortunately, Longevatrol made symptoms of insomnia much worse. It took several days of use before this happened. I only wish I could have realized its adverse effect on my sleep earlier. Even though I was taking only one capsule every other day, the insomnia was worse every night. After four days of not using it, my sleep improved to its usual level. I'm sure it is a great product for people who sleep well. That's why I still recommend it to others, but it's not for me."

"Is it possible this supplement has calmed my nerves? It sure seems to be the case. I bought it for the apparent heart health benefits which unless I died of a heart attack would be hard to dispute, but I have noticed a pleasant side effect. Maybe a capsule of vino is just what the yoga instructor ordered."

"I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately I had a migrain type headache each time after I used the capsules which was a similar to the headache I have when I drink some red wines. After using the product for three days and then stopped for a week and then giving the product a second try experiencing the same headache I will not finish the bottle."

"I took this for one month and it did not lower my cholesterol at all. I had to start taking prescription cholesterol-lowering medication. Maybe one month isn't long enough, but I could not wait any longer as I was high risk."

"I wish there was a better more concentrated way to deliver standardized resveratrol. I even wish there was a home test to gauge proper dosage and supplement quality. However, this is the best quality product currently available to non-reseachers and for human consumption."

"I have a mild allergic reaction to red wine - it just makes me kind of itchy - so I thought this would be a good way to get the benefits of red wine without the reaction. Unfortunately, whatever I'm allergic to in red wine must also be present in this product in much higher concentrations, and I ended up with a full blown rash all over my body. The rash disappeared after I discontinued use and has not re-appeared. I'm sure it's a wonderful product, but if you have a red wine allergy this may not be for you!"

"I have been taking this product for about a month now and have noticed a significant change in my well-being. Its hard to say if the Reservatrol has anything to do with it, but I certainly feel better. I am a long distance runner and this product aids in my recovery after hard workouts. It probably helps to flush out the toxcns in my blood. I take it at night before I go to bed and wake up refreshed in the morning. We will see in 10 years how effective it is. Its hard to say without long term human studies. That will eventually change over time with John Sinclair's research at Harvard."
