"I use a shake as a breakfast replacement, and it really helps get my day going. I've been using this brand of shake off and on for about six years, now, and it's always the one I come back to.
It has all the green and whole food goodies in it, plus lots of good protein. I'm not using it to bulk up, or diet, or for any specific reason other than to feel good throughout the day, and it does that very well."

"This is a great product, full of vitamins and minerals as well as protein. But I didn't realize I was ordering the soy rather than the whey protein. The whey vanilla flavor is far preferable to the soy. Has the same vitamins, etc. I just prefer the other. A little on the expensive side but still cheaper than buying it in the health food stores."

"Product consitantly gives us the boost we were loooking for and also seemed to shorten the duration of a cold for one of us. Have recomended to friends -- some don't like it as a drink or have a problem with the green color, but I mix in apple sauce or hot cereal and love it. Creamy granola flavor is much better than the too sweet fruity flavors of some similar products and the energy boost is much better. Due to health issues I am unable to take vitamin D or Vitamin A orally but for some reason, I can use this product and get both without the major GI problems related to taking these 2 supplements inpill or capsule form. Love this product."

"I first was turned off by the bright green color but the light taste won me over. My 9 yr old son loves the color and the taste and begs me for it every time he sees my having some.
